Where can I get tickets?
Online ticket sales are sold out. We will have day-of ticket sales. Just visit our facebook page for more details!
I can’t find my confirmation email. What should I do now?
Please check your spam folder. If you didn’t receive a confirmation email, it’s ok! Just bring your ID and check-in 15 minutes before your wave starts.
Can I transfer a ticket to another person?
Yes. Tickets can only be transferred through the SlideFxbg ticket system. Please visit the check-in table if you need to transfer tickets.
Can I transfer a ticket to a different time slot?
Not at this time. All time slots are sold out.
Can I purchase tickets at the event?
Yes, we will have walk-up ticket sales available for those who want to show up and slide. You can purchase day-of tickets at the check-in tent (in front of the food trucks). Tickets will be the same price as online tickets. Day-of tickets can be purchased with cash or credit card.
What do I receive with my purchase?
For your purchase of a SlideFxbg ticket, you will receive a wristband at the Check-in tent on the day of the event.
Where can I park?
You can park in these lots also you can do street parking. Please be mindful of “No Parking” or “Residential Only” signs.
What should I bring?
Bring an E-ticket or an email confirmation on your phone or on paper along with an ID if you are over 18. Show up to the event wearing what you will slide down the slide in – there are no changing rooms. Bring some $$ for the food trucks.
Can I wear shoes on the slide?
Tennis shoes are not allowed on the slide. Pool shoes and sandals, however, are permitted; just be sure to keep your feet up and not drag them while going down the slide, as this will slow you down.
If you want to slide fast and far, we still recommend leaving any footwear off during sliding. Just a reminder: We are not responsible for any lost items.
How tall do I have to be?
You must be at least 40” tall to slide.
What time does the slide start/stop?
SlideFxbg will run from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm on Saturday, August 31, 2019. Tickets are sold in 2 hour “waves” – 11am, 1pm, 3pm and 5pm. You can slide as many times as you can in the 2-hour time slot.
Can I bring my own food?
Yes, you can bring your own food, but we will have food trucks where you can purchase food. No alcoholic beverages are allowed at the event. There is no eating or drinking while simultaneously going down the slide.
What happens if it rains?
This a rain or shine event! We will host the slide as long as there is no “severe/inclement weather that may threaten the safety of our participants.
Can spectators attend the SlideFxbg event?
Spectators are more than welcome to check out the SlideFxbg event, our event is open to the public, however you will need to purchase a ticket to go down the slide.
